- Responsible for the supervision of a crew that works on the operation of large industrial equipment such as power generators, turbines, mining devices, assembly line machinery, and machinist tools.
- Organize crews, delegate job responsibilities, and verify that all appropriate equipment is available onsite to complete the job safely.
- Driving and pulling equipment to various regional locations.
- Engages with prospects and clients and vendors to determine their needs, recommending services that align with these requirements.
- Demonstrates the functionality and benefits of services tailored to customer needs, emphasizing practical value and application.
- Enforce jobsite safety to comply with all OSHA regulations and the hth companies' Safety Program
- Actively champions a positive workplace and safety culture.
- Acts as a liaison for all site leadership in their region and maintains positive client relations.
- Actively develops and maintains a high-performing team that is dedicated to customer service.
- Performs various other duties and functions as required or assigned.
- Must have two (2) to five (5) years of experience in the construction/industrial field with some management experience.
- Class B CDL is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to use a variety of tools, which may include blowtorches, saws, pipe benders, and welding torches.

- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and other tools and equipment in a safe and controlled manner.
- Ability to perform inspections of site, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to perform behavioral observations focused on safety and process improvement.
- Ability to follow safety protocol and to report any incident, unsafe act, or unsafe condition immediately to the site supervisor and safety manager.
- Must provide proof of successful completion of OSHA 10 hour within 60 days of starting at hth companies.
