- Want someone who has sold HW or automation control systems. 4+ years of experience
- Inside sales oriented
- Collecting Sales Lead, Cold calls, POC for clients, supporting sales managers
- Hubspot experience required
- Limited travel, there a couple trade shows per year
- Provide technical support for customers to support pre-sales and post-sales processes
- Address all product-related queries on time
- Train customers to use products effectively
- Provide developers with customers’ feedback to help identify potential new features or products
- Report on product performance
- Preparing quotes for customers and ensuring accuracy in purchase orders.
- Documenting and following up on leads generated from trade shows.
- Keeping customer and sales information updated in the CRM system.
- Identify solutions to reduce support costs
- Analyze customers’ needs and suggest upgrades or additional features to meet their requirements
- Liaise with the sales department to win new business and increase sales
- Establish best practices
- Keep track of sales performance metrics
- Bachelor's degree in a related field a bonus (ex. Engineering)
- Previous inside sales experience a bonus
- Experience with PLC, HMI (hardware, software), and SCADA (software)
