Outside Sales Representative

• Review the pricing and availability of competitors regularly and evaluate their operational strategies
• Generate and update forecast estimates and pace reports for each property you oversee
• Conduct comparative market analyses and confirm corporate, group, and negotiated rates with hotels
• Manage hotel revenue growth, set performance goals, and implement revenue management plans to keep hotel rates profitable
• Organize and conduct yield management meetings to identify the success of prior weeks revenue and establish strategies for future weeks

• High school diploma or GED, and bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
• Computer proficiency including MS Office, Google Suite, and revenue management software needed
• At least 2-3 years of successful revenue management or hotel operations experience is required; preferably for multiple hotel properties
• Candidates must have at least 3-5 years of previous work in hospitality
• Exceptional written and verbal communications skills are a must
