Job Overview:
KLG LLC, a sister company of JEL Manufacturing LLC is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Residential Cleaners to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring our clients' homes are kept clean and tidy, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment. The Residential Cleaner will perform a variety of cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces, while adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and floors.
  • Dust and polish furniture, surfaces, and decorative items.
  • Vacuum and mop floors, rugs, and carpets.
  • Empty and clean trash receptacles.
  • Clean kitchen appliances, countertops, and cabinets.
  • Make beds and change linens as required.
  • Wipe down and sanitize surfaces such as door handles, light switches, and window sills.
  • Organize and tidy up living spaces, including straightening pillows and arranging items.
  • Follow established cleaning routines and schedules.
  • Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
  • Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Handle special cleaning projects as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper preferred.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques and cleaning products.
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
  • Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Personal transportation preferred.
Experience: Desired, but not required.Salary and Benefits
  • $17.00 - $20.00 per hour, not including tips and mileage reimbursement. Base wage is dependent on experience.
  • Flexible work days and hours (primarily daytime hours)
