- Build relationships cross-functionally within the organization and also with media outlets and more.

- Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies to increase brand visibility and enhance reputation.
- Own and cultivate relationships with trade publications, media outlets, and press contacts to ensure consistent and positive media coverage.
- Write, edit, and distribute press releases to the media, maintaining a high standard of content quality.
- Provide support to Corporate Communications, ensuring internal and external messaging is aligned.
- Create compelling content including op-eds, blogs, social media posts, and other communications to support the PR & event strategy.
- Develop key messaging and narratives that resonate with target audiences and reflect brand values.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key influencers, thought leaders, and brand ambassadors.
- Partner with social media team to find new influencers and grow engagement and impact on sales growth.
- Leverage partnerships to enhance brand credibility and reach through collaborations, guest posts, interviews, and more.
- Partner with Analytics team to develop measurement process to tie media coverage and reach with success of strategic business outcomes.
- Monitor and report on key PR performance metrics including media reach, sentiment analysis, brand perception, and other relevant KPIs.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously refine and improve PR strategies.
- Lead strategy, planning, management, and execution of company events, including trade shows and industry conferences.
- Partner with Events Specialist on event logistics, including visuals, signage, messaging, and promotional materials to ensure a seamless experience for attendees.
- Ensure consistency in messaging across all PR channels and events, aligning with overall brand strategy and positioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PR efforts into broader marketing initiatives.
- Proven success in managing marketing campaigns, securing media coverage, and planning impactful events.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to create compelling content for different platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative and strategic thinker, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools, PR platforms, and event management software.
- Experience with social media platforms and analytics tools to track performance and engagement.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, public relations, event planning, or communications.
- Strong network of media contacts and influencers.
- Experience in managing large-scale virtual and in-person events.
