- Track and file shipping records and provide documentation to leadership
- Partner with vendors for pickups, deliveries, and shipping quotes
- Assist with RMA processes and maintain stock of shipping materials
- Support quality and production teams as needed
- 3+ years in a logistics or expediting role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Excellent math, time management, and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Valid drivers license and forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Familiarity with ISO 9001/AS9100 is a plus
