Monitor and record vital signs
Serve and collect meals, assist with feeding when necessary
Respond promptly to resident calls and requests
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
Communicate effectively with nurses and other staff members
Document resident care accurately and timely
Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent
Compassionate attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Physical ability to lift, move, and transfer residents safely
