
Cloud Project/Task Manager (Secret)

- Analyze and evaluate program/project objectives
- Lead and/or support fast-paced Agile environment with fluid requirements and changing priorities, and familiar with sprint planning, PI planning, backlogs, ad hocs, and releases
- Lead cross-functional technical teams including cybersecurity engineers, developers, and support staff. Manage project scope, status, schedule, budget, resources, risk, and deliverables in alignment with contract requirements and government expectations
- Collect, complete, organize, and interpret data relating to project acquisition and product programs
- Organize, assign, and track IT technical development tickets (i.e. JIRA/Confluence)
- Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional teams to accomplish team goals
- Communicate with team, leads, and PM project status through reporting and meetings internally, externally, and to government management
- Remove blockers to progress and manage dependencies to ensure team success
- Ability to articulate and communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical, and impactful manner
- Prepare documentation and briefs on project status, budget, schedules, etc. for presentation to customers and management
- Bachelor's and 4 to 9 years of experience (Mid/Senior) or equivalent certifications
- Active Security Clearance Required: Secret
- 4+ years of related IT/cloud management experience
- Must be able to interact with clients, peers, management, and tech leads in a constantly evolving environment to ensure a positive customer experience
- Strong written, analytical, organizational, presentation, customer service, and facilitation skills
- Prior experience supporting United States Air Force cloud programs
- Experience with ServiceNow (or similar) implementations and delivery
- PM or Scrum Master certification(s)
