*Eligibility: All US hourly Team Members not represented by a labor organization or subject to collective bargaining agreementAs a Special Marketing Programs Supervisor you would be responsible for:
  • Performing verification calls on each Special Marketing Programs agent bookings following a script and QA process.
  • Assist in the creation of ongoing training and Provide mentorship to team to improve their production
  • Meets weekly penetration and volume requirements
  • Help manager meet and achieve budgetary production targets
  • Learns and implements scripted marketing presentation as provided by management.
  • Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active preparation and development while comparing area sales results to goals and ensuring performance management
  • Assist with hiring, training and development, retention and performance appraisals
To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
  • Professionally manage team members
  • Ability to build positive working relationships, both internally and externally.
  • Ability to effectively present information and negotiate with all levels of management.
  • Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Business related computer skills including Microsoft Office including TEAMS, Outlook, Word and Excel.
