- Performing verification calls on each Special Marketing Programs agent bookings following a script and QA process.
- Assist in the creation of ongoing training and Provide mentorship to team to improve their production
- Meets weekly penetration and volume requirements
- Help manager meet and achieve budgetary production targets
- Learns and implements scripted marketing presentation as provided by management.
- Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active preparation and development while comparing area sales results to goals and ensuring performance management
- Assist with hiring, training and development, retention and performance appraisals
- Professionally manage team members
- Ability to build positive working relationships, both internally and externally.
- Ability to effectively present information and negotiate with all levels of management.
