- Supporting the sales team in their campaigns by helping identify, quantify, and capture Litify's value proposition and best solution that solves the customer's challenges.
- Build and demonstrate the Litify platform that align with the customer's needs
- Conducting discovery sessions to potential Litify clients alongside our sales team
- Directly engaging internal and external stakeholders in client-facing environments via demos and presentations
- Configuring Salesforce for custom demonstrations to showcase specific capabilities and enhancing standard demos for use by internal team members
- Attain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management
- Answer RFP's effectively
- Ability to travel domestically (1-2x per month)
- Salesforce Platform Experience
- Experience selling Salesforce solutions or implementing Salesforce
- Proficient in building Salesforce Flows
- B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent relevant experience required
- Database and/or SQL Experience
- Knowledge of related applications, relational databases, and web technology
- Solid oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied environments
- Experience working within a legal department or with legal departments
- Previous experience as a solution/sales engineer for a CRM company, legal technology, or enterprise litigation management company
- Salesforce Certifications
