- Position Title: Locum Tenens Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Specialty: Long Term Care (LTC) Nursing
- Location: Berlin, VT 05602 (Vermont healthcare jobs)
- Facility: Local long-term care facility
- Shift: 12-hour night shifts
- Hours per Week: 36
- Assignment Duration: 6 weeks (Start: 8/25/2025 End: 10/5/2025)
- Schedule: Every other weekend required; Monday to Sunday coverage
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $1,570 - $1,680
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (Vermont or compact state)
- BLS certification through AHA
- Minimum of 3 years of LPN experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting
- Prior travel nursing experience required
- Long Term Care (LTC) nursing experience required
- Experience working with dementia patients preferred
- Ability to float to other units as needed
- Reliable personal or rental transportation (public transportation not accessible)
- Vehicles must have all-season or snow tires NovemberApril
- Complete work history required for submission
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility
- Float to other units as needed to support overall facility operations
- Provide compassionate care to dementia patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility protocols and healthcare standards
- Work assigned hours and communicate any preplanned time off in advance
