With a fully remote and highly collaborative culture, this is an opportunity to join a mission-driven company that values agility, creativity, and impact.What You Will DoAs a Senior Product Manager , you will:Own the vision, strategy, and execution for key areas of the product roadmap.Deeply understand customer needs, the problem space, and market opportunities.Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders to bring products from concept to launch.Translate technical and customer requirements into actionable product features.Engage directly with customers to gather insights and shape the future direction of the product.Mentor junior team members and contribute to scaling product management practices within the organization.Ideal Candidate Background3–7 years of product management experience in a fast-growing B2B (enterprise) technology start-up.Proven track record of owning and scaling products from 0 → 1 .Deep familiarity with security technologies and the ability to navigate the nuances of this space.Strong technical acumen, with hands-on ability to dive into SQL queries, networking intricacies, and enterprise admin toolsets (identity providers, ACLs, MDMs).A bias for action, high energy, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.Excellent communication skills to align internal teams and inspire customers.PreferredExperience in cybersecurity or infrastructure-focused products.Located on the West Coast with availability to visit the Palo Alto office occasionally (not required).Interest in mentorship and developing junior PM talent.Compensation and BenefitsBase Salary: $150,000 – $190,000 (depending on experience).Equity: Competitive equity package available.Work Style: 100% remote, with a collaborative and supportive culture.Growth Opportunity: Join at a pivotal moment to shape the future of a Series B cybersecurity company with significant career growth potential.✨ This is a unique opportunity to land a leading product role at a company solving one of the most critical challenges of the digital age—enterprise cybersecurity.
