And we offer two different mechanisms toward planning for your retirement, a 403(b) and a defined contribution plan.Principal duties and responsibilities:Provides clinical leadership and oversight of the WOC nursing team, including supervision of staff and performance managementConsults with physicians regarding the patient’s condition, diagnosis and treatment planAssists in the management of complex woundsInitiates referrals for appropriate resources and services, promoting a collaborative approach to patient careInforms, counsels and educates individuals and families on their specific wound care related health problemsAttends, participates in discharge planning and multi-disciplinary case conferences and/or family meetings to promote high quality of careParticipates in interprofessional protocol and program developmentServes as a resource to providers and other caregivers regarding wound and ostomy protocols, procedures and practicesEducation and experience requirements:
BSN required, MSN preferred or currently enrolled to be obtained within 3 years of beginning the role.
