CommunityCare HMO, Inc. seeks a UI/UX Engineer to design and develop responsive, high-performance web-based software applications using Angular, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience. Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand project requirements, user needs, and business objectives. Translate design concepts into functional, interactive UI components. Collaborate with the development team to integrate UI components seamlessly into the application. Optimize software applications for maximum speed and scalability, considering performance factors. Maintain code integrity and organization to ensure clean, maintainable, and reusable code. Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to make informed design decisions. Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise, providing efficient solutions.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:Position requires a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent (or 2 years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field. 3 years of experience with UI/UX design, development, testing, and implementation. Experience must include 2 years of experience with each of the following: using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Angular; using UI/UX design principles and best practices; troubleshooting and debugging design issues; and developing in an Agile environment. Remote work allowed 2 days/week.
