Now, you can Make It Possible.Program for Individualized Mentorship Education Solutions (PrIMES) is a long-term targeted, mentorship system.It enables the cross-referencing American Association of Medical Colleges (AAMC) benchmarks with measurable analyses of focus groups involving Underrepresented Minorities in Medicine students.PriMES Liason - Corporate Human ResourcesThe PrIMES Liaison is responsible for all facets of operations for the Mentorship program.This includes recruiting mentee pre-medical students nationwide from historically underrepresented backgrounds and mentor volunteers in order to manage the application, matching and clearance process.In addition, you will maintain the online software database and service contract requirements, as well as various grant applications.You'll also administer assessment surveys to measure mentee growth after completion of each program curriculum unit.Additionally, you will facilitate weekly virtual event sessions for mentees to learn from various medical professionals, as well as manage program website, social media accounts, and weekly newsletter to continue to build the PriMES network.Required Criteria
  • Bachelors degree
  • 1-3 years of experience
