As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Kaye-Ann Brown-Barrett - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success.   • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to succeed every day.
  • Work alongside your office’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer.
  • Property & Casualty license required
  • Must obtain a Life and Health License within 60 days of hire
