And we are growing!We are looking for a Senior Service Technician to join our team.Apply today!Position Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician - with a minimum of 2 years' experience - to join our team. In this role, you will perform service and maintenance calls as well as assist with installations as needed on a variety of residential heating and air conditioning systems. You will also assist in training junior technicians and ensure top-tier service for our amazing customers. Required Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license
  • 2+ years of HVAC Service experience
  • HVAC Install experience
  • EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License - preferred
  • HVAC Certification from trade school - preferred
  • Willingness to invest in necessary tools and ongoing training
  • Meet all qualifications and possess tools required for Service Technician Levels 1-4
  • Strong understanding of preventative maintenance benefits
  • Advanced customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to take on leadership roles and responsibilities
