You’ll be the first point of contact for new and returning members, assist the manager with membership sales, delivering top-tier customer service, and creating an unforgettable studio experience.Duties & Requirements
  • Strong customer service skills required
  • Willingness to help foster a welcoming community
  • Able to build strong relationships with members, learning names, etc.
  • Make sales pitch to first-time attendees after class
  • Help book interested leads into first class
  • Able to answer the phone and respond to questions about the studio
  • Able to multi task in a sometimes fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills, and ability to learn how to use the studio's client management software
  • Complete basic cleaning tasks at the conclusion of each shift, such as mopping, vacuuming, etc.
  • Authorization to work in the United States required
