Our Vandalia, OH location is currently seeking a highly motivated Rotational Program Co-Op to join our team.Location: Onsite in Vandalia, OH (local candidates within driving distance preferred we do not offer relocation or travel stipend)Role: Spring 2026 Rotational Program Co-OpYour responsibilities will be to:Collaborate with mentors and team members to understand business operations and processes.Participate in and select 2-3 hands-on projects related to:Engineering- Mechanical, Electrical, Process, Industrial, Application, Warehouse Automation, New Product DevelopmentQualityOperationsMarketingContribute to large-scale projects, taking on a leading role.Build professional relationships across various departments.Our requirements:Minimum GPA of 3.0.Must have at least 3 semesters (spring, summer, fall) remaining to qualify for the program.Available for full-time work (40 hours per week) during each 16-week rotation.Enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with a passion for learning.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Adaptable and eager to explore different functional areas.Pursuing a degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business, finance, etc.).What we offer:JE offers talented employee’s exceptional opportunities to learn and grow professionally with rewarding careers.
