- Serve as a mobile representative, proactively engaging with prospective customers in designated residential areas
- Deliver persuasive and informative presentations that clearly articulate the benefits, value, and unique selling propositions of services to secure customer interest and commitment in mobile product offerings
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of a full residential product portfolio, including wireless, along with current promotions and competitive advantages
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand individual customer communication and entertainment requirements, then skillfully recommend tailored solutions
- Effectively address customer questions, concerns, and objections with confidence and accuracy, employing strong negotiation skills to close sales successfully
- Guide customers smoothly through the entire sales and activation process, ensuring accurate completion of applications, contracts, and service enrollments
- Actively participate in ongoing training sessions, product updates, and coaching to enhance sales techniques and maintain expertise on offerings continuously
- Relevant experience in direct sales, retail sales, customer service, or other direct customer-facing roles
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and articulate information clearly and persuasively
- Proven active listening abilities and an empathetic approach to accurately assess and resolve customer needs
- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve effectively and think critically in dynamic sales scenarios
