As a leading provider of behavioral health services, we are seeking skilled professionals of the highest caliber who share our commitment to providing state-of-the-art psychiatric services.Behavioral Health Solutions (BHS) is seeking Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs, FNPs, AGNPs) licensed in Montana to work direct care within our contracted Skilled Nursing Facilities.Service areas incorporate:
Kalispell, Eureka, White Fish, Flathead
Responsibilities:
Provide face-to-face psychiatric services to patients directly in Skilled Nursing Facilities.
Assess the patient’s mental status based on symptoms.
Appropriately diagnose DSM-V disorders and develop treatment plans.
Apply appropriate medical decision-making skills for mental health issues including psychopharmacology options and non-pharmacological treatments.
Staff clinical cases with psychiatrists.

W2 Billable Rate or 1099 Independent Contractor Rates * As a provider with BHS, you will have the freedom to create your own schedule, days of the week preferred.Requirements
Licensed in Montana by the Board of Nursing in good standing with a focus in psychiatry.
Licensed by the Montana Board of Pharmacy in good standing to prescribe controlled substances (possession of a DEA)
Possession of Malpractice Insurance if Independent Contractor (offered by the company for W2 employees)
1 year of Geri Psych Experience.
1 year providing treatment within Skilled Nursing Facilities and/or Acute Rehab Hospitals.
Skills
Basic computer knowledge.
Experience with EMR/EHR Systems (Athena I, a plus).
Excellent written communication.
Attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Flexible, organized and functions under stressful situations.
Fluency in Spanish is a plus!

Pay:
$56.00 to $72.50 per Billable Model, W2 and Independent Contractor options available.
