
Administrative Supervisor

- Provides support for long-range and short-range paratransit activities, real-time data reporting, system performance, and in the preparing of reports.
- Work with a multiple of data sources and data reports. Maintain reports across multiple platforms including monitoring and maintaining data in Excel and internal systems.
- Manage assigned projects, which may include preparing and reviewing scopes of work; monitoring contract compliance and timelines; preparing status reports; attending project-related meetings; conducting research; and monitoring or performing special projects.
- Create custom informational and statistical reports to monitor adherence to contractual standards and performance measures, and to ensure compliance with applicable goals.
- Must have three (3) to five (5) years (minimum) experience within a large corporation/company. ADA para-transit service, call center, public transportation experience highly desired.
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required, but may be substituted with five (5) additional years of public transit experience.
- Proficiency in Trapeze PASS is desired; additional advanced knowledge of MS Excel is required.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and meet department objectives in a fast-paced environment and under high pressure situations.
- Previous experience satisfactorily resolving complex work issues along with solid decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of the DC Metro area and local traffic patterns.
- Must be flexible and able to adjust to changing work demands.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
