
IT Contractor Resources: Oracle Applications Programmer

- Expertise in Oracle Database programming 10g and above, Oracle Forms and Reports 10g and above, PL SQL, familiarity with Java, and extensive analytical, designing, programming, written and verbal skills. Crystal Reports v10 and above experience is preferred.
- The contracted staff will be supporting all existing departmental Oracle-based applications and analyzing, designing and developing new ones. The in-house applications are small to medium complexity. He/she will work with other programmer analysts in the division, assisting/ guiding them for application development/enhancement and knowledge transfer.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer-related field with at least 7-8 years IT experience in systems analysis, design, programming, application development/ implementation in the Oracle platform using Oracle Forms and Reports, and familiarity with Java. Crystal Reports experience is also preferred.

- Full knowledge of Oracle Database, Forms and Reports is required to support/ troubleshoot problems, analyze and automate existing manual functionalities, design, develop, and implement new ones, and serve as mentor to the Division staff for knowledge transfer.\
