We are looking for a detail-oriented Industrial Sewer to join our flag production team. In this role, you will operate industrial sewing machines to assemble, hem, and finish high-quality flags that meet our craftsmanship and durability standards. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision work and enjoys contributing to products that represent pride, heritage, and celebration.Key Responsibilities:Operate industrial sewing machines to hem edges, apply reinforcements, and assemble flag panels.Read and follow work orders, patterns, and assembly instructions specific to flag designs.Handle various fabrics, including nylon, polyester, and cotton, ensuring proper alignment and stitching.Attach grommets, headers, and other finishing components as required.Perform quality checks on flags to ensure accuracy in design, color alignment, and stitching.Maintain sewing machines and perform minor adjustments to ensure smooth operation.Keep the work area organized and adhere to all safety protocols.Work collaboratively with the production team to meet order deadlines.
