- Greet guests warmly at the entrance or curbside.
- Open vehicle doors and assist with unloading luggage.
- Escort guests to the front desk for check-in and provide directions or elevator assistance.
- Escort guests to room and transport luggage to and from guest rooms efficiently and respectfully.
- Tag, store, and retrieve luggage securely in the bell closet or storage room.
- Set up and breaks down self-serve coffee station in the lobby
- Deliver packages, amenities, messages, or room service trays upon request.
- Run errands such as picking up laundry, retrieving items from vehicles, or locating lost belongings.
- Demonstrate in-room features such as safe, television, or minibar, if requested.
- On occasion, may park or retrieve guest cars in a safe manner and in accordance with hotels standards.
- Delivers faxes, packages, suitcases, and trunks, and sets up show rooms.
- Provide basic local information, directions, and suggestions for dining, attractions, or transportation.
- Assist with arranging transportation or calling taxis if a concierge is not available.
- Keeps record of calls for service.
- Maintains the image of the hotel by appearing extremely presentable, well-groomed and in a pressed uniform.
- Maintains safety and security of guests at all times.
- Minimum 1-year customer service experience, 1-2 years hotel experience strongly preferred
- Exceptional guest service and communication skills
- Ability to transport luggage
- Discretion, reliability, and attention to detail
- Strong verbal communication skills required
- Must have valid driver’s license; annual MVR report review
