Production Control ManagerWe are looking for a Production Control Manager to join our Greenwood, IN team!As our Production Control Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day production operations of our Greenwood facility.Location: Greenwood, INSalary: $100,000-$110,000Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline only, reflecting a position based in IN.   • Manages the day-to-day operations of the Greenwood facilities, ensuring building systems (HVAC electrical, mechanical, plumbing, etc.), and infrastructure are maintained and functioning optimally
  • Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the site (10-14 personnel).
  • Develops and manages the facilities budget, ensuring effective cost control and resource allocation. Leads the planning, budgeting and scheduling of facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor, materials and other related costs. Regularly reviews spending and identifies cost-saving opportunities.
  • Responsible for site P&L.
  • Establishes and implements policies to ensure that facilities comply with regulatory requirements and health and safety standards. Conducts regular audits, inspections, and assessments to ensure compliance. Maintains a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Manages relationships with external vendors and contractors for specialized projects and services. Ensures all work performed by contractors meets contractual obligations and company standards.
  • Drives the continuous improvement of facilities management processes, implementing best practices, new technologies, and innovation to improve operational efficiency. Stays current with industry trends and regulations.
What You Bring
  • Technical expertise – engineering degree or a combination of education + experience.
  • 3-5 years in a management role with full responsibility of P&L, operational and personnel management.
Preferred:
  • Experience with chemical processing such as anodizing or similar processing is preferred.
