- Design and implement evidence-based professional development curricula
- Build assessment tools, competency frameworks, and training materials (online & in-person)
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions statewide
- Support districts with universal screening rollout and integration of sustainable practices
- Provide ongoing technical assistance and coaching
- Lead webinars, presentations, and advocacy for MIYO’s mental health programs
- Build partnerships with school districts, universities, and state agencies
- Meet with superintendents and district leaders to present MIYO’s solutions
- Student mental health screening & assessment
- Evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Crisis intervention & safety planning
- Data-driven progress monitoring
- Adult learning and instructional design principles
- Large-group facilitation (50+ participants)
- Change management and project leadership
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills
- Understanding of technology-enabled mental health solutions
- Skilled at building relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Comfortable working directly with superintendents and district leadership
- Master’s degree in School Psychology, School Social Work, or School Counseling
- Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Support Personnel Endorsement
- Direct school-based mental health services (individual/group counseling, crisis intervention, IEP development)
- Leading training/professional development (curriculum design, group facilitation)
- Program coordination or leadership role in an educational setting
- In-depth knowledge of Illinois school systems (strongly preferred)
- Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 base salary annually
- Performance Bonus: Up to 15% based on program milestones
