MinUSD $45,760.00/Yr.MaxUSD $52,000.00/Yr.Job SummaryThe Commercial Product Specialist is responsible for supporting the day-to-day support of front-line colleagues as it pertains to Commercial Products. Commercial products are defined as technical software used within the organization to support commercial processes, systems include but are not limited to Built, nCino, and CoStar as well as ancillary systems.The specialist provides day to day support to front line colleagues who utilize commercial solutions to support their functions within the bank. The team is also responsible for a series of oversight tasks at specified frequency to ensure system bugs, defects or inaccuracies in data are identified and remedied timely, including appropriate escalation as defined in supporting desk procedures.Additionally, this position will work with product teams to understand change and manage front line expectations positively and efficiently. Along with the key functions listed below, this position will uphold the value that Washington Federal Bank places on simply being nice when servicing our colleagues and clients.KEY FUNCTIONS:The primary functions of this role include:
  • Provide phone or email support to front line colleagues in utilizing the banks commercial solutions
  • Meet the banks defined service level agreements to allow for exceptional service to colleagues
  • Gather front line review and feedback by identifying common questions, partner with leadership to provide feedback
  • Perform oversight tasks to ensure expected performance of systems and high standards of data within systems
  • Provide feedback to the Commercial training team to ensure updates to user guides, training videos and other content are maintained as needed
  • Spearhead Commercial cleanup projects with limited supervision
  • Assist with User Acceptance testing in collaboration with the Commercial Product Analyst
QualificationsMinimum of 2 years banking experience preferably in Commercial Banking or Lending.Excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, and advanced customer relations skills.Strong technical aptitude to learn and understand banks identified systems including but not limited to Built, nCino, DNA, integrations, API’s, etc.Ability to quickly determine functional needs from non-technical conversations with users and use analytical skills and tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) to make sound business recommendations.Listening skills, understand what people say, probe when appropriate and help them articulate their true needsMust be team-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Position requires high level of organizational skills, clear and concise verbal and written communication skills including good customer relations skills.
  • The position requires proven record of follow through and collaboration.
