- Planning and coordinating internal meetings and events, including catering
- Managing calendars and scheduling meetings to optimize time management for all parties
- Expense reconciliation and tracking using firm systems
- Function as primary reception back up
- Proofreading documents meticulously to guarantee error-free and professional final copies
- Executing various projects and duties proactively to maintain seamless office support and continuity
- Composing correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents while ensuring accuracy and clarity
- Conducting basic research using both internal and external resources to gather necessary information for a range of business operations
- Periodic overtime may be required for event support
- College Degree preferred
- Senior Administrative experience working in a professional services firm preferred
- Maintains absolute discretion when dealing with confidential matters
- Conveys information clearly, concisely, and professionally when speaking or writing.
