Contract Lifecycle Mangement (CLM) Solution Architect

• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Legal, Procurement, IT, and Operations teams, to gather requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Communicate project updates effectively to stakeholders, addressing concerns and maintaining a high level of engagement.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and optimize contract management processes, enhancing execution, efficiency, and compliance.
• Implement best practices in CLM to streamline workflows and improve overall contract lifecycle, execution, and monitoring processes.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot intricate Agiloft, Icertis, Sirion, and DocuSign problems.
• Implement advanced configurations within any of the CLM platforms, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs.
• Manage changes to the platform effectively, following established change management processes.
• Identify and resolve data integrity issues within the platform, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Troubleshoot complex data-related problems, applying deep knowledge of CLM data structures and processes.
• Provide advanced user guidance and support to internal stakeholders, exceeding basic user needs.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for CLM platform issues and best practices.
• Update buyer support manager, agreement expiry dates, and notification updates.
• Create or amend notification workflows, update workflow approvals, and create update rules.
