As a Working Custodial Manager, you'll combine leadership responsibilities with active involvement in daily custodial tasks to ensure operational excellence and maintain high standards across our services.Responsibilities Include:
Management Duties:
- Schedule and conduct customer visits to address needs promptly.
- Respond quickly and professionally to inquiries from customers and staff.
- Ensure team members meet safety, quality, and budget goals.
- Oversee adherence to the quality program and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team for hiring and onboarding.
- Perform assigned cleaning duties daily to support the team and maintain facility standards.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or emergency tasks as needed.
- Lead by example in demonstrating proper cleaning techniques and efficiency.
- At least 3 years of management experience with effective leadership skills.
- Experience in custodial or facilities management is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance hands-on work and leadership responsibilities.
- Proficient in various software applications for task management.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
