- Lead and Manage Initiatives: Lead multiple cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving business systems, processes, and structures across the enterprise.
- Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption and integration of new systems and processes. Create plans that minimize resistance and maximize employee engagement and acceptance.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams such as R&D, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, and IT to ensure alignment on key initiatives and to drive process improvements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring regular communication, updates, and reporting to key leadership.
- Change Communication & Training: Partner with leadership and HR to develop communication plans and training programs that support organizational change. Ensure that staff at all levels are well-informed and prepared for transitions.
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies. Monitor project performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current systems and propose innovative solutions to improve productivity, operational efficiency, and overall business performance.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze program data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with project execution, ensuring successful program delivery and goal attainment.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure that all process improvement initiatives comply with industry regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Stage Gate Portfolio Process Ownership: Managing ongoing governance of Projects ensuring adherence to required deliverables. Ownership over Systems, Process and Policy to improve product launches and customer success.
- Undergraduate degree in Business Management, Finance, Chemistry, Sales or Marketing
- 7+ years of experience in program management, project management, or a related role, with a focus on pricing and product management
- 5 years' experience in Printing Ink or related chemical manufacturing preferred
- PMP certified preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
- Proven experience in managing complex enterprise programs and leading cross-functional teams
- Leadership and influence across diverse teams and stakeholders
- Strategic thinking with a strong execution focus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality results
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include color vision in order to perform quality management and address customer issues
