- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
- Experience working with digital organizations.
- Experience identifying and recommending scalable solutions to improve customer strategy, and working with executive leadership.
- Experience working with retailers or manufacturers using Google Shopping Ad products, Google Ads, and Merchant Center.
- Experience selling and pitching digital marketing and measurement solutions to executive audiences.
- Experience managing a book of business.
- Ability to deliver insights from data that creates business value and drives client action.
- Knowledge of Performance Digital Marketing across planning, buying, and optimization.
- Ability to provide thought leadership and lead discussions at an executive level.
- Develop holistic Shopping strategies for retailers that drive Total Opportunities for Customers aligning to customer business objectives and supercharging Google Shopping performance for clients.
- Articulate features and value proposition of shopping solutions to drive new budgets and product adoption.
- Grow your book of business by understanding the customers' business and aligning the most relevant opportunities to their business needs.
- Partner closely with many internal stakeholders across Shopping and cross-functional Specialist Teams and Sales Pods to develop strategy and execution of project goals.
- Present client and market updates to Sales and Go-To-Market Leadership.
