Job Title: Front Office Lead Job DescriptionThe Front Office Lead supports the Practice Manager in overseeing the daily operations of a medical office. This includes coordinating clinician schedules, supervising front office staff, and ensuring smooth patient flow and facility maintenance.Responsibilities
  • Assist with scheduling, staff coordination, and facility upkeep.
  • Greet patients, manage check-in/check-out, verify insurance, collect copays, and reconcile payments.
  • Handle patient documents, upload scans, and route correspondence.
  • Participate in hiring, training, and supervising staff; help manage schedules and resolve conflicts.
  • Reconcile charges and payments, audit reports, and enforce office policies.
  • Use various systems including Concur, SharePoint, and others for office operations.
  • Support future leadership initiatives and may assume Practice Manager duties when needed.
Essential Skills
  • At least 2 years of experience in a medical office setting.
  • Proficiency in medical, customer service, front desk operations, and healthcare data entry.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Active and valid driver's license.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Previous management experience preferred.
  • Medical Assistant Certification (preferred but not required).
  • Experience with systems like Concur, Staples, IT Service Now, InformRX, and SharePoint software preferred.
  • Knowledge of computer and medical terminology preferred.
Work EnvironmentThe position is 100% onsite in a medical office setting located in Miami, FL. The standard work shift is Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, with every-other-Saturday from 7:30 am to 11:30 am.Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Miami, Florida.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $33633.60 - $46453.68/yr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
