They will ensure safe and competent practices through evaluations and providing specialty specific education. The APP Educator will work directly with the APP Director of Education to ensure standardization of educational programs across the service lines. They will help develop specialty specific education to be able to address the individual service lineseducational ongoing needs.The value youll bring to the team:Act as a subject matter expert for establishing and maintaining APP transition-to-practice programs.Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to uphold the latest clinical guidelines and protocols.Reports to APP Director of Education to ensure adherence to standardization and metrics.Prepare advanced practice providers through training, mentoring, and precepting.The expertise and experiences youll need to succeed:Required qualifications:Master's as an NP, PA, CNM, or CNS2 years experience of advanced practice providerPrior APP training experienceProficient in MS Office, Adobe.Preferred qualifications:Doctorate5 years experience of advanced practice provide2 experience with APP fellowship, APP Education or Transition to Practice programsAdvanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) OR Physician Assistant (PA) This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
