Your primary area of focus will be to foster relationships, mentor staff members, and champion a customer-first culture. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership position in a sales-focused, customer-centric environment. With approximately 65% of leadership time spent on the showroom floor—and 100% on weekends—you'll be a visible, accessible leader who builds trust, fosters relationships, and inspires growth.Showroom Location:Store Hours:Monday - Friday: 11 a.m. - 7 p.m.Saturday: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.Sunday: 11 a.m. - 6 p.m.Schedule:Sunday - Thursday, with Fridays and Saturdays off. This schedule is subject to change to meet the needs of the business so flexibility with your schedule is necessary.How you'll contribute as a Retail Leadership Associate:
  • Lead from the floor, engaging with customers and supporting associates in real time.
  • Coach and develop staff members, fostering personal and professional growth.
  • Champion an extraordinary customer experience by applying strategic insight and building meaningful relationships.
  • Collaborate with fellow leaders to maintain a cohesive, high-performing team.
  • Create engaging showroom experiences, including events that deepen customer relationships and attract new audiences.
What you bring to the role as a Retail Leadership Associate:
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in a customer-centric retail environment, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.   • Proven ability to coach and develop talent. You are dedicated to enriching the lives of your team by helping them grow both personally and professionally.
