Job Description:This company is looking for qualified candidates to fill their open position of Business Development Representative. We are partnered in helping a growing and well-established commercial restoration company find qualified and talented individuals like yourself. They are interested in highly-motivated and proactive individuals to fill their open role of Business Developer with extended experience in sales and either commercial/residential restoration. This role is an urgent need, and qualified contacts will be contacted ASAP!Ideal Candidate Background/Requirements:
  • Experience with writing estimates, job file processes, and quality assurance is a plus
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation and grammar
  • Excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional during tense or stressful situations
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Proficiency with DASH or similar job management database preferred
  • Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate and proprietary software
