  • Support key projects that assist in driving business and financial results within a functional area of Operations. Examples of potential project areas: (New Category product introductions, optimization of existing manufacturing processes, factory footprint scenarios, facilities infrastructure obsolescence, and health and safety compliance.
  • Conduct research, data analysis, and interact with stakeholders to support your assigned projects
  • Deliver a creative and innovative solutions
  • Collaborate with teams across the Operations function as well as opportunities to collaborate cross-functionally throughout the business
What are we looking for?We're looking for passionate, courageous and innovative students who are ready to take their ambitions global.
  • Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree with completed coursework in Engineering
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail
  • An action-oriented and innovative leader with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Must be willing to work in Winston Salem, NC or Clarksville, TN
  • Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
