Minimum Education and Experience RequirementsBachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
Required Qualifications, Competencies, and ExperienceMust be familiar with or able to learn HIPPA regulations as they pertain to medical research. Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and team-building skills. Professionalism, dependability, and integrity are a must as position will be interacting with and reporting to various professionals throughout the department and health care system. Knowledge of clinical research principles, study design, and methods of data collection.
Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and ExperiencePrevious experience with Redcap, Epic, Oncore, Excel, and R is preferred.
