- MBA or equivalent demonstrated experience (i.e., extensive experience in business)
- Minimum of one year's work experience in product line management, marketing, manufacturing, and/or engineering within an engineering based and customer-focused environment
- Demonstrated track record of managing projects and leading/influencing multi-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills with able to turn quantitative analysis into meaningful business insights
- Demonstrated self-confidence, ability to effectively communicate and influence senior management
- Financial analysis and accounting experience
- Primary commercial representative in short/long-term supply planning initiatives both internally and externally
- Work with external stakeholders on development schedules and new opportunities for Gorilla Glass
- Lead the development of account annual product line plans, Green Book (5-year plan) and Black Book (Budget)
- Optimize inventory management related to the product line by coordinating information flow, as needed, between Forecasting, Sales, Manufacturing, and other parties as needed
- Develop business cases and value propositions that address customer needs on new products under development
- Lead presentations to leadership on new composition and program opportunities
- Work with Program Management to develop and launch new products
- Ensure the external development roadmap is executable within Gorilla Glass' capability schedule
- Support capital investment projects through the Capricorn process and develop commercial justification
