
Pricing Manager – Profitability & Analytics

- Providing data-driven recommendations and materials to support the firm’s Pricing Approval Committee, and identifying risk trends, opportunity areas, and potential guardrails for fee flexibility
- Developing Key Performance Indicators and reporting frameworks to track pricing approval volume, turnaround time, financial impact, and exceptions, generating monthly/quarterly insights for executive leadership to inform pricing policy and client strategy
- Partnering with key leadership stakeholders to develop workflows, escalation paths, and policies to ensure an efficient, responsive, and auditable approval process
- Improving operational excellence and create scalable solutions in partnership with cross-functional teams—including Conflicts, Technology, and Legal Project Management (LPM)—to streamline intake, approvals, documentation, and compliance tracking
- Partnering with Legal Project Management (LPM) and Finance to conduct retrospectives on engagements that involved discounted or non-standard pricing, identifying lessons learned and feedback loops to improve future decision-making
- Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains
- Demonstrate knowledge of various information technology systems, including knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Business Objects
- Exhibit strong knowledge of market research resources and financial reporting
- Possess excellent financial modeling skills and project management skills
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in economics, finance, business administration, or related field, preferably an MBA
- A minimum of seven (7) years’ analytical experience in finance or related professional services environment
- A minimum of two (2) years’ leading projects and other initiatives, preferably
- Previous experience in a customer-focused position, preferably
- Previous experience in running revenue-related programs, preferably
