This position involves managing a cross-functional team including mechanical/electrical engineers, fabrication, assembly, and production floor personnel. The ideal candidate will have strong people-management skills, hands-on manufacturing leadership experience, and the ability to drive efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement in a shop environment.This is a Direct Hire or Contract-to-Hire role with Full benefits provided.Qualifications:5+ years of plant or operations management experience in a manufacturing environmentExperience overseeing fabrication, assembly, or mechanical production teamsProven ability to lead and develop staff in a hands-on, fast-paced settingStrong organizational and communication skillsFamiliarity with AutoCAD is a plusProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic ERP systems (knowledge of MiTrak is a bonus but not required)Background in conveyor systems or the corrugated packaging industry is highly preferred but not required#VIS
