Perform X-Ray and DEXA imaging procedures as needed. Cross-train into MRI during downtime. Maintains records of examinations performed. Assists in Radiology Department as needed. Where appropriate by licensure and cross training, may function as a Radiology technologist. Responsibility to adhere to the Florida Hospital-East Region Corporate compliance plan, to the rules and regulations of all local, state, and Federal agencies, and to the standards of all accrediting bodies.The value youll bring to the team:Performs CT imaging procedures.Performs X-Ray and DEXA imaging procedures as needed.Cross-train into MRI during downtime.Maintains records of examinations performed.Performs basic patient care with scope of practice and to departmental standards.The expertise and experiences youll need to succeed:Minimum qualifications:
Two years CT experience required.
CT registry may be used as experience.
Must be a graduate of an approved A.R.R.T. program
Current A.R.R.T registration
Florida license in Radiography.
Preferred qualifications:Associate DegreeLicensure in CT preferred.
