Our mission is to deliver the highest quality professional services while prioritizing our employees' well-being and fostering an exceptional workplace environment.What You Will DoAs a Senior Project Manager, you will lead large, complex projects or programs, manage high-value client accounts, and serve as a mentor to junior Project Managers. You will ensure excellence in project execution and build strong client relationships while driving consistent results across teams.A Typical Day at Prime Controls
  • Oversee the execution of multi-phase or high-risk automation projects with minimal oversight
  • Manage financial performance, schedule, resourcing, and client communications
  • Lead internal and client-facing meetings, proactively resolving issues and risk factors
  • Develop and enforce project governance, reporting structures, and change management processes
  • Provide oversight and guidance to junior PMs or project coordinators
  • Partner with Account Managers to support client growth and retention
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and PM best practices
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client executives on key accounts
What You Will BringThe Basic
  • 7+ years of project management experience with proven success in leading complex projects
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to manage large project budgets
  • Advanced leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
  • Experience managing teams across engineering, construction, and field services
  • Proficiency in project management tools and performance tracking systems
The Preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • PMP certification
  • Background in systems integration, controls, or industrial automation
