Position summaryVanguard Cleaning Systems®, an independently owned and operated master franchise company, has an immediate opening for a talented Business Development Manager to join its regional office. Full Benefit Package for all full-time employees.The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying, qualifying, and providing leads with the end goal of generating high-quality appointments for our Outside Sales team. The focus will be to support the sales process by engaging potential clients, uncovering opportunities, and helping to build a strong pipeline of new business within the Utah, Arizona, Nevada, and Colorado regions. There will be a strong focus on achieving sales goals through marketing and sales presentations that convey the value of the Vanguard Cleaning Systems franchise organization to prospective clients. Marketing will play a critical role in this position. The office is looking for a high achieving, outgoing and passionate sales leader with excellent interpersonal, marketing, communication, and sales skills with a proven track record of generating business.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong sales and marketing background and a solid track record of success. This role plays an important role in driving revenue and expanding our market presence.Pay

Essential Functions
Qualify prospects through research, phone, email, personal contact etc.
Uphold Vanguard® standards for honesty and integrity
Develop and Implement innovative marketing campaigns
Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
Generate quality sales appointments for the outside sales teams
Update and Maintain CRM
Collaborate with Outside Sales teams in all regions
Follow up on leads that have been generated
Utilize and develop system to create leads and referrals
Review, follow up and work pipeline of leads in system
Conduct market research
Contribute to achieving sales revenue goals for new accounts through lead generation and marketing
Desired Experience/Skills
Minimum three years prior successful cold calling and inside sales experience
Minimum two years prior successful marketing experience
Proficient with CRM software
Excellent written and verbal communication, and closing skills
Professional sales presentation skills
Highly organized , self motivated, and able to multi-task well
Strong listening skills and empathy
