Job Description:Role Summary/Purpose:The Onboarding Senior Specialist will perform Escalated tasks related to the onboarding of new merchants and providers for Health and Wellness and Home and Auto platforms. Work closely with Sales and Risk teams to ensure all businesses meet the acceptable criteria during the Onboarding process.Our Way of WorkingWe’re proud to offer you choice and flexibility. Occasionally you may be required to commute to our nearest office for in person engagement activities such as business or team meetings, training and culture events.Essential Responsibilities:Review and act upon merchant site inspectionsReview and act upon Trust Stamp processWork Escalated Onboarding requests through the work queuePartner closely with RAPID team on MID creationHandle Escalated inbound and outbound calls with merchants throughout the Onboarding processUrgently review and respond to sales team questions, issues and concernsWork closely with Management and Risk department for constant process improvementReview regular Onboarding reports and report to various stakeholdersPerform other duties and/or special projects as assignedQualifications/Requirements:Minimum 2-years experience with Merchant OnboardingInbound/outbound call experienceStrong attention to detail, analytical background, and multitasking skillsComputer skills/data entry RAPID, FDR, Lexis Nexis, Sales Force, PowerPoint, etc.The required availability hours for this role are Monday – Friday 9 am – 5:30pm EST with the willingness to work a flexible schedule including overtime and weekendsDesired Characteristics:Excellent phone skills, including the ability to professionally handle upset merchantsAbility to perform and make decisions with minimal supervision and provide floor coverage in situations where manager is not availableDemonstrated self-motivation, enthusiasm and initiative; verbal and written communication, follow-up, and organizational skillsDesire to learn and adapt in a faced paced, advocate of change, demonstrate flexibility to lead and influence others to the sameAbility to drive results – established track record driving resultsExcellent interpersonal, influencing and presentation skillsStrong teamwork & conflict/problem resolutions skillsSelf-motivated, ability to perform & make decisions with minimum supervisionGrade/Level: 07The hourly rate range for this position is $24.50 - $34.00/hr USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience or skill level.Eligibility Requirements:You must be 18 years or olderYou must have a high school diploma or equivalentYou must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding processYou must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
