- Actively support RAM’s PDQ (People Determine Quality) and SPADE (Safe People Always Determine Excellence) programs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including scheduling, manpower planning, timecard oversight, budget tracking, and change order processing.
- Collaborate with the NOC to prepare billing workups for accounting.
- Track costs associated with change orders and project adjustments.
- Review and verify daily timecards for accuracy in job coding, hours, pay types, and department allocations.
- Assist with vendor quote acquisition and material requisitions in coordination with Purchasing.
- Maintain and update purchase orders, including receiving documentation and closing out completed orders.
- Coordinate lodging reservations to support field operations.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive client, staff, and company information.
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries and provide document control support as needed.
- Maintain a strong understanding of RAM’s products and services.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Provide administrative support to various departments and remote facilities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
- Professional level communication skills, with the ability to understand, read, and write the English language.
- 1-2 years minimum experience in a mining construction or similar industry
- Excellent computer skills: Excel, Microsoft Office, including typing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, while prioritizing projects and meeting deadlines
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently with little supervision.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment, including but not limited to, computers, printers, fax, telephone systems, calculators, and copiers.
- Working conditions are standard for an office environment.
- Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work.
