Candidates with previous manufacturing experience in a similar position or environment, who possess the willingness to learn and a positive attitude, are encouraged to apply.About the role of a Heat Treat Furnace Operator: The Heat Treat Furnace Operator is responsible for operation and maintenance of the heat treat furnace, which is used to harden and temper the steel fasteners manufactured by MNP. This key role must ensure safe operation of the equipment and temperature instruments to ensure the steel stabilizes as required for the strength and utility needed for the specific fastener application.
