
Senior System Integration/Test Engineer

- Participate in the planning/execution of Assembly, Test and Launch Operations (ATLO).
- Have excellent organization and troubleshooting skills and be proficient in understanding hardware/software design, requirements generation, product development, test execution, and verification activities.
- Be willing to work in a 24/7 operations environment which may include some overtime and support off-shifts and/or weekends/holidays.
- Experience in test operations to include at least two of the following: requirements allocation, test planning, procedure writing, test execution/anomaly resolution, data analysis, and/or report writing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically.
- Active Interim Secret Clearance. Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline (Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other STEM discipline) and 5 years industry experience, or equivalent experience and education.
- Certified Test Conductor (CTC).
- Experience in any of the following: Automation Framework (AF), Assembly Test & Launch Operations (ATLO), environmental test, or requirements verification.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong social skills, and ability to build consensus among peers while building solid relationships with team members.
