The OpportunityThis position works out of our St. Paul, MN location in the Structural Heart division.Structural Heart Business Mission: why we existOur business purpose is to restore health and improve quality of life through the design and provision of device and management solutions for the treatment of structural heart disease.We are seeking a Business Analytics and Insights Manager to lead strategic analytics initiatives that support our rapidly growing portfolio. This role is ideal for a proactive, inclusive leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about using data to drive meaningful business impact.This position includes people leadership responsibilities, currently overseeing one direct report, and plays a pivotal role in enabling data-driven commercial strategies, uncovering market opportunities, and optimizing sales performance across the organization.What You’ll Work On
  • Performance Dashboards: Lead the development of dashboards and scorecards that provide visibility into key commercial metrics and foster accountability across teams.
  • Process Optimization: Champion improvements in data quality, reporting processes, and analytics capabilities to support commercial excellence.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and develop a high-performing analytics team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, finance, and strategy teams to align analytics efforts with business goals and drive measurable impact.
  • Commercial Analytics Strategy: Shape and execute analytics initiatives that support sales, marketing, and commercial operations across four franchises.
  • Market & Sales Insights: Translate complex data into actionable insights on sales performance, market trends, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics.
  • Forecasting & Opportunity Modeling: Guide the development of predictive models and scenario analyses to support revenue forecasting, territory planning, and resource allocation.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial analytics, business insights, or related roles, with experience managing or mentoring team members.
  • Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), SQL, and Excel.
  • Experience in the medical device industry or healthcare analytics is a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop talent, translate commercial data into strategic insights, and influence decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills.
